Printing 1

Kindergarten Students and Beginning Writers
Learn and improve basic printing skills:

    • Use multisensory play to develop good habits for printing
    • Eliminate reversals
    • Learn number, capital and lowercase letter formation
    • Develop letter placement and spacing skills

Printing 2

1st and 2nd Grade Level Printers
Learn letter formation and connections
Write simple words and sentences:

    • Improve or solidify printing skills
    • Develop speed and neatness
    • Correct reversals
    • Transition to smaller size printing

Cursive

3rd Grade Level students and above
Transition from print to cursive, and improve cursive skills:

    • Develop fast, fluent, legible cursive
    • Refine lowercase letters, capitals, and connections
    • Enable personal, automatic cursive style
